Updated National Forms
The AOH National Board has updated their forms. One of the major initiatives that the National Board is working on is to consolidate IRS tax exempt filings so that State, County, & Divisions can be covered under the National Board’s filing. Most of the forms were updated to facilitate this goal. The new forms are fillable PDF files that allow you to type in the data and print directly. All Divisions and County Boards should discard any old forms and use only these most recent forms.
National is requesting that all Divisions and Boards submit a new Form 9 even if they have just submitted one. The new form requires email addresses and contact information that National will need to use to contact officers to help to facilitate the consolidated tax exempt filing.
National has also created a new form, Form 12 that County Boards are required to complete.
